We are a care agency that has been providing experienced care staff to services within the care profession since 1989. We are also a child care agency providing qualified child care practioners and nursery staff to child care services and nurseries. In addition to being an agency we are also registered care provider, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide care at home to both children and adults who have learning and/or physical disabilities, mental health needs and complex health care requirements. Our Head Office is in central Reading however we cover five counties including Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. All work offered to you will be in your locality( if you live within one of our catchment areas). Agency work gives you the flexibility to choose the number hours you work and on what days. You can choose to work part time, full time or just the occasionally shift to top up! We have a wide variety of care shifts and nursery work giving you the opportunity to work range of settings. If you don’t like moving about, you also have the option to work in one setting meaning you can build up a rapport with your clients. If agency work isn’t right for you, you can join our team of excellent and highly experienced staff working with children and families in their own homes and/or adults who need support to live independently. There are regular shifts available on a permanent or long term basis. You can still choose the days and hours you wish to work but you will have set hours giving you more security and a regular income. If you think you would like both agency work and some regular set hours, you can register with us for both, giving you the best of both worlds! Our rates of pay are good usually starting from £10.00 per hour with more specialised work around £14.00 per hour. We sort out all your Tax and National Insurance and you are entltled to paid holiday pay of up to 28 days per year (pro rata). If you have a qualification in Health & Social Care or in Early Years Child Care, Learning & Developmenmt (or quivalent) we would love to hear from you.
