With 10 years experience working in Food Manufacturing and as many years experience working in recruitment, people are at the heart of every business and they will always be at the heart of the recruitment process, this is something that I pride myself on. Starting off recruiting solely in Food Manufacturing it became apparent that recruitment is recruitment, as long as you understand the client and understand your candidates, the sector or industry, simply doesn’t matter when it comes to recruitment, what matters are people. So whilst food is what I love and is my DNA, this has opened up a whole new world of recruitment which I absolutely love. And if I’m asking candidates to be brave and look at new opportunities, it is only right and fair that I am brave to and I have LOVED stepping out of my comfort zone.
