Home careIs caring for others what you do best?
Joining our home care team means that you can put your compassion to good use, and improve the lives of many people in your community - with a schedule that suits you.
Home care offers a fantastic opportunity to make lasting connections, meet wonderful people, with flexibility than can suit anyone’s lifestyle. Home care is considered the first step on the care ladder for people who need some assistance to retain their independence. It can be as simple as helping someone get up and about in the morning, help with medication, feeding pets, or sharing a cup of tea.
Our care homesIf caring for others comes naturally to you, you could be a care assistant in one of our care homes. We also offer care jobs for students. No experience is required as we offer full, paid training and support as you embark on a rewarding career that will make a real difference.
For experienced care workers, we have a range of senior care assistant and registered nurse jobs.
Working in one of our care homes means that you can enjoy community and company, with support from a friendly and professional team.
Live-in careIf you are thinking of becoming a live-in care worker, you have already taken the first step in making a difference to someone’s life, as well as your own.
Live-in care work is extremely flexible. You can work only a few weeks in a whole year, or for long, established periods. With competitive pay, great benefits and flexibility, live-in care offers a paid, fully supported care assistant training programme.
Younger adultsOur younger adults services support people who may have a learning disability, autistic spectrum condition, and physical disability, particularly where this presents in a complex way.
We are looking for caring individuals to join our team across the range of services, which includes day support, community outreach, respite and supported living. Through these, our teams are supporting younger adults to have greater choice and control over their lives and the care they receive.
