This ethic allows us to be more successful for you, our clients and candidates, through understanding the mechanics of a dealership as well as the pressures and disciplines each role carries. A real family run business, Neal spent over ten years in a retail automotive environment prior to launching Recruitment Boutique with his wife Faith, today boasting collectively over 20 years automotive and recruitment exposure. Career paths can often feel lonely and confusing, with no sign posts to help us along on our journey. We sometimes take a wrong turn however, with over 25 years dealership exposure we are here to point you in the right direction Recruitment Boutique is fast becoming the go to recruiter, meaning we often work with talent that will never hit the open market. We work exclusively with many candidates, allowing us to send relevant CV’s which results in less interviews and quicker offers.
