The founding partners were driven by the desire to set up a law firm, specialising in complex claims, which did not just pay lip-service to client service but was created around this philosophy.To this end, Bond Turner not only has solicitors and barristers on its team, but we also have 12 interpreters, plus access to a fully integrated support network of treatment providers, experts, rehabilitation, and accountancy services.Our focus is always on people, not only our clients, but their family and/or supporters. We understand the stress and uncertainty involved in bringing a claim in the areas we specialise in, which is why we are committed to always being there for our clients, providing guidance and support throughout the claim’s process.As a niche firm, personal injury is one of our key focuses, along with defamation, clinical negligence, professional negligence, and abuse. We do not ’dabble’ in these areas of law, it is what we do, day in, day out. Some of our team have over 25 years’ experience in their field of expertise, and our team consists of 45 Grade A solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives, plus over 100 solicitors.In addition to working with clients and their families, we are committed to being at the forefront of legal change and development. We have a significant presence in the Court of Appeal and regularly consult with local and central government to promote and increase access to justice.
