A well respected Burgess Hill based organisation are looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Business Partner.
Description
As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
* Assist in the business partnering, providing finance support to senior management and other non-Finance members
* Assist in the production of the annual budgets and forecasts
* To assist in the short, medium and long-term planning of the organisation and provide in-depth financial analysis
* Develop a high level of understanding of finance reports by all budget holders
* Assist with the analysis with a view to improving budgets and business performance
* Assist where required, with the preparation of all the monthly management accounts and ensure they are submitted on a timely basis
* Assist with the strategic analysis and critical review of management Reports
Profile
* A driven focused Accountant who is working towards an accountancy qualification
* Experience of having been a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner
* Budget, forecast and business analysis experience
* Advanced excel skills
