Expanding and award winning company based in Bishops Stortford are looking for a talented Customer Services Advisor to join their fantastic team!
* Dealing with a range of customer service duties including calls, order processing and product advice
* The Customer Service Advisor will respond to emails and online enquiries
* Be familiar with CRM or similar systems
* Provide support to other Customre Services Advisors within the team
* Chase missing or late orders
* Advise on new seasonal ranges and pricing
Experience
* Previously worked in a customer service advisor role
* IT literate and adept with MS Office
* Team Player looking for a long term role
* Excellent phone and email communication skills
