Job Description:
We have registered a fantastic temporary role working in the human resources team of this impressive and innovative client!
This assignment will support the current HR team, focusing on the operational aspects of the function.
Starting as soon as possible following a successful interview, this role will be ongoing for three months initially, with potential for extension if things go well.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities
* Undertake policy development, and proactively recommend policy/procedural changes
* Work closely with the wider HR team and key stakeholders on various topics
* Support with return to work meetings, occupational health liaison, employee engagement, ED&I, and reward
* Deliver and apply qualitative and quantitative people data
* Develop and lead training sessions and workshops, and ensure best practice

Temporary HR Advisor Requirements
* Extensive experience in an HR Advisory (or more senior) capacity, gained within a busy and fast paced environment
* CIPD Level 5 qualification
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across the business with staff at all levels
* Proactive approach, self-motivated, and keen to share ideas
* A personable, positive and team centric approach

Our client is located near Didcot (OX11). There is onsite parking.
