Workshop Manager (Joinery/Carpentry)
Uxbridge - West London
£55,000 - £65,000 + Progression Opportunities + Overtime + Training
Are you a workshop manager with a background in carpentry or joinery looking to join a bespoke furniture company that has bold expansion plans and can propel your career into senior ’’Head of’’ positions and boost your earnings with overtime?
On offer is an exciting opportunity with a company that is moving to a bigger premises and is due to double in size. You will be managing a team of 10+ and overseeing all projects, using your keen eye for detail to keep up this companies high standards.
This company designs bespoke furniture for both commercial and residential industries. Their designs are created with the future in mind, the unique styling they offer has the ability to incorporate any technology to fit any of their clients need.
The ideal Workshop Manager will have experience or a qualification in either carpentry, joinery or cabinetry. You will have experience managing a team and have the confidence to deliver meetings and presentations.
The role
* Managing a team of 10+
* Overseeing all projects
* Delivering meetings and presentations
* Liasing with Directors and other managers to set targets
The person
* Experience in management
* Qualification or experience in carpentry, joinery or cabinetry
* Commutable to Uxbridge
