THE LOCATION: Harefield/ Northwood (Must be a car driver to get to this location)

The Role:

Administrator - Recruitment coordination, assistant and admin support - urgent temporary position to

Full Training will be provided , would suit someone recently completed their studies looking to work within an office role , or an administrator looking to work in a busy role or a Recrutment / HR Admisnitrator
* Oversee a very busy recruitment inbox
* Dealing with general recruitment queries
* Providing general administration recruitment support to the Recruitment Manager & Team

* Updating various trackers and spreadsheets with stats
* Liaising with Line Managers to help coordinate interviews
* Confirming interviews
* Helping to manage the on-boarding and right to work process including references etc
Key Skills

* Previous recruitment administration experience would desirable but not essential
* Some administration experience and the capility of working in a fast paced environment
* Good communicator - ability to build relationships
* Good knwoledge of MS Office
In addition
* MUST be a car driver to be able to get to this location
* MUST be available immediately and commit to a temporary role - which may extend
* Must be available to start working ASAP
