Goods In Administrator
Location: Near Uxbridge
Salary: £12.50 to £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 37.5hrs (Friday off)
Contract Duration: 4-6 months
Join our esteemed client’s team as a Goods In Administrator on a temporary basis, supporting their warehouse operations near Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous and computer-savvy individual to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth receipt and documentation of incoming goods. Goods In Administrator Responsibilities:
* Verify delivery notes and invoices, ensuring completeness and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
* Utilise inventory management software to record and document all received items accurately.
* Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to facilitate the timely and accurate placement of stock.
* Address any issues or discrepancies with incoming shipments in a proactive and professional manner.
* Maintain meticulous records of received goods and associated documentation, ensuring organization and accessibility.
Goods In Administrator Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar goods in/administrative role is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Strong PC literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with inventory management software.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
