Business Studies Teacher * Location: Rushden

We are seeking a dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Rushden from September. This long-term, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with a passion for Business Studies and a commitment to student development.
Day to Day of the Role: * Plan, deliver, and mark engaging Business Studies lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Prepare students for GCSE and A-level examinations with thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum.
* Provide feedback and support to students to promote their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
* Contribute to the development of teaching resources and curriculum planning.
* Participate in and contribute to the school’s extra-curricular activities.
* Attend staff meetings, parents’ evenings, and other school events as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * A relevant degree and a PGCE or equivalent in Business Studies or a related subject.
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) status.
* Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
* Excellent pedagogical skills to engage and motivate students.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
