Marketing Brand Planner | Marketing Planner | Marketing Planning Manager | Brand Manager
Our client works within the Food Industry - they have an opening for a Marketing Planner, someone who can feed the brand plan and budget to the implementation team, making sure they’re on target, on track, on brand. Whilst also playing a key role in the Strategy team, planning as they look to the year ahead.
You’ll be involved across multiple brands, including the businesses own brand, in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. This is a maternity cover contract, so you’ll be doing some care-taking but they’re looking for expertise so you’ll have the opportunity to own the role and bring your own skills and experience to the team.
The Job…
Keeping the consumer in mind you’ll drive the implementation team to help deliver campaigns that drive brand growth.
* Developing plans based on a foundation of insight and data
* Ensure the marketing plan is on track and aligned with strategy
* Deliver clear, concise communication to the implementation team, giving the information they need to deliver campaigns.
* Manage brand budgets
* Collaborate across the business
* Report on, analyse and optimise campaigns
The Right Candidate…
You’ll be a great communicator, able to clearly communicate the strategy and plan across multiple brands. Having the gravitas to keep the team on track and the organisation to drive it on time and budget.
* Experience of brand management, marketing planning, marketing management in house or agency side.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Customer/Consumer focus - good understanding of behaviours and motivators
* Experience with project management tools would be a useful addition, as would a broad understanding of the media landscape. But neither are essential.
What’s on offer…A growing company with significant budgets enabling interesting multi-channel and market campaigns. During the 12 month contract you’ll be involved in a couple of re brand projects and a range of campaigns. You’ll find autonomy, ownership and variety plus a team of very switched on and knowledgeable people.
