Job Description:
Temporary Customer Service Assistant (Italian Speaking), Basingstoke: This role will require you to be the first point of contact for customers, proving information or raising queries or complaints. You will be dealing with mainly incoming emails but will also be required to make and receive telephone calls and must be confident in doing this.

Responsibilities include
* All areas of customer service
* Respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails and webchat
* Speaking and writing 100% fluent business level Italian
Profile
Temporary Customer Service Assistant (Italian Speaking), Basingtoke:
You will be looking for Temporary work
You will be confident with people and IT
You will be Italian or speak 100% fluent business level Italian
You will ideally live locally to Basingstoke, however the role can be remote (within the UK).
Job Offer
£12 to £16 per hour, excluding VAT
