My client is a growing credit hire specialist based in the Cheadle, Stockport - parking is provided on site. They are seeking 5 experienced claims handlers to join their team due to growth.
The role will involve taking new inbound claims calls (FNOL), assessing and negotiating liability, arranging hire car and booking customer car in for repairs, right through to the point where files are passed across for invoicing.
Hours of work are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with one late shift per week (11:30-8pm) and roughly 1 Saturday per month, with a day off in lieu.
Hybrid working on offer once initial training period completed.
Salary will depend on what skills and experience you can bring to the table but a guide of £24-27,000 would be a fair guide, with various bonuses and benefits - overall package is very good. There should be excellent progression on offer as this company continues their growth in coming years!
