Marketing Assistant
£25,000 to £28,000 salary
Kidderminster, Worcestershire
As the Marketing Assistant you will work within a small team and take on a varied role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems, Excel, and Word. Online marketing experience, to include social media, website updates, blogs and newsletters. This role requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach to daily tasks, who can efficiently manage various responsibilities related to sales, customer service, and marketing.
Requirements:
* Online marketing experience, to include social media, website updates, blogs and newsletters.
* Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and Word, including the use of lookups.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor website data and facilitate updates as needed.
* Utilize Mail chimp communication system for customer email updates.
* Create and update budgets for marketing purposes.
* Receive and make calls to customers and the internal Sales Team.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handle customer service inquiries and complaints, including compiling and sending letters.
* Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control procedures.
* Coordinate with the Warehouse for orders to be cut, wrapped, and dispatched.
* Generate and manage customer invoices, including monitoring aged debt.
* Organize samples for customers.
