Job Description:
R13 Recruitment are currently supporting a world leading business in their search for Admin Support to join them on a 1-year temporary basis. You will provide exemplary customer service and administrative support to the team. Full training for the role will be provided.
This fulltime, temporary position for 1 year, with the potential to become permanent. You will be working Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. The offered salary for this opportunity is £12.33 per hour. Please note you must have your own transport for this position.

The day to day
* Handling incoming queries from customers, addressing any issues and providing an outstanding service.
* Dealing with customer complaints and finding resolutions.
* Transferring customers to the appropriate team member.
* Accurately scanning and uploading documentation onto the in-house system.
* Performing a range of administrative tasks from printing to stock management and more!
You will have/be:
* Previous experience in a customer service or admin environment.
* Confident speaking on the phone.
* Comfortable working in a diverse environment, under-pressure.
* Highly organised with good general admin skills.
