Property Claims Handler - Immediate start

We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our Real Estate team. This role involves managing a portfolio of property and liability claims across the UK and Europe, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance with all technical, operational, and regulatory policies.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Investigate, negotiate, and agree on the settlement of claims in a professional manner.
* Liaise with insured parties, insurers, and brokers to ensure a professional and timely conclusion of claims.
* Coordinate with stakeholders overseas.
* Produce reports that comply with professional standards and internal guidelines within agreed timescales.
* Ensure time reporting and billing are compliant with internal standards, processing, and systems.
* Guarantee that invoices raised are accurate and timely.
* Work closely with adjusters where appropriate.
* Attend client review meetings to discuss and assess ongoing claims processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in the real estate/commercial property loss adjusting sectors.
* A focus on quality, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proven capability in negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
* Professional qualifications or working towards a professional qualification in a related field are desirable.
