Role: Paralegal - Private Client
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000-£40,000 DOE
Pertemps are recruiting a Private Client Paralegal to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning
* Conduct legal research and analysis related to private client law
* Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
* Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other relevant parties
* Provide administrative support to the private client team
About You:
* Proven experience as a Private Client Paralegal
* In-depth knowledge of private client law and related procedures
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in legal research and document drafting
