Job Description:
Are you seeking an opportunity to work with a leading Law firm in Northampton as a Conveyancing Assistant Case handler?
Assisting the Legal Case Handlers, you will play a crucial role in the team providing support with the following tasks:
*Replies to enquiries
*Reviewing mortgage offers
*Providing updates to agents / clients
*Setting up completions
*Additional tasks as required
Requirements:
*An understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in the United Kingdom.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
*Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
*Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.
