Group Accounting Manager – Malton – up to £60,000

Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with this market leading, fast growing international group of companies who are offering a fantastic opportunity to join their group finance function as Group Accounting Manager.

You will report into the Group Financial Controller and drive accurate monthly reporting across the central business functions. This will be done through cost analysis and business partnering, supporting the wider business planning reporting and decision-making process.

Responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts for the central functions
* Managing a finance team of 3
* Reviewing the monthly performance analytics and reports
* Facilitating group management accounts and reports from European subsidiaries
* Review of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Taking ownership of accounting period controls
* Providing support and driving consistency of accounting practices and cost allocation


The ideal candidate will be:

* Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified) with strong PQE experience
* The ability to analyse and summarise complex information
* Have strong attention to detail and be committed to delivering high quality information
* Have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders
