We are currently recruiting for a Junior Buyer to assist the Purchasing department of a busy food business based in Fleetwood.
This business has recently moved to their new premises in Fleetwood due to investment and expansion within the company. This is an exciting business to join for someone who is keen to be part of a developing, fast paced foods business with exciting plans for the future.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager your responsibilities will include…
* Stock control, ordering and replenishing stock
* Review stock for potential additions and deletions
* Tracking purchase orders, delivery dates and working to avoid delays to orders
* Selecting and purchasing new products to add to the company’s stock
* Working with suppliers to ensure products are stocked at the right time and purchased at the best possible price
Salary, Location, Hours & Benefits
* £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
* Fleetwood
* Full time 8:30am – 5pm (30 mins lunch)
