Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive for our Client in Northampton. As a Sales Executive you will be expected to proactively manage and grow a patch of customer accounts and bring on new customers to ensure sales targets are hit.
Main duties of job:
- Deliver on targeted sales level at the required GP benchmark.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- To prioritise your customer base and create a proactive contact regime to maintain and grow existing customers.
- Win new customers through the sales pipeline methodology of attending appointments and following up through to onboarding and nurturing the client.
- To ensure that any customer receives a quote within 24 hours of the visit or MSI.
-To deliver with your Sales Support Exec the targeted number of MSI’s per week.
- Every interaction with a customer - email, phone call, face to face, WhatsApp - must be logged on the HubSpot CRM in detail with a task to follow up.
- Any and every enquiry from a customer or a prospective new customer must be registered as a deal on HubSpot so that it can be tracked through to being won.
- Close catchup meeting held each day at 7.30 with the Sales Support Executive to plan the day and ensure everything is being followed through.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Skills required:
- Good knowledge of the products sold and systems used
- Strong selling and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to get on well with colleagues at different levels
- Good decision making
