Spanish Teacher * Salary: Competitive

We are currently seeking a Spanish Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Slough. If you have a passion for the Spanish language and culture and are committed to providing high-quality teaching that fosters a love for learning, we would love to hear from you.
Day to day of the role: * Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students across various Key Stages.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support as needed.
* Develop and implement interactive learning strategies to enhance students’ language skills.
* Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular themes and promote language learning across the school.
* Participate in and organise school events and cultural activities related to the Spanish language and Hispanic cultures.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proficiency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience teaching Spanish at secondary school level is preferred.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning best practices in language education.
