This role requires flexibility during our busy season with regards to hours and days worked.
Dedicated to providing a quality private concierge service to our exclusive clients. UKME ensures that the properties we maintain are presented to the highest standard possible.

We are looking for a Decorator to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key responsibilities
* Painting and decorating of various size properties, internally & externally.
* Hanging and lining of wallpaper and quantifying wallpaper amounts.
* Painting walls, doors, windowsills & skirting boards etc.
* French polishing of woodwork.
* Supporting other trades professionals to produce an excellent finish.
* Other related tasks and dealing with all painting and decoration tasks as required.
* To execute workmanship to a high standard and ensure it is carried out in strict compliance with health and safety work act.
* Excellent skills and practical knowledge of all aspects of decorating.
* Seasonal shift & on call rota.
* Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safety.
* Any other duties as and when required.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities
* Painting & Decorating qualifications - NVQ or City & Guilds.
* Knowledge of current building materials and their uses.
* Experience of special paint effects & French polishing.
* General knowledge of Building Regulations.
* Health & Safety and COSHH.
* Fit & Healthy with the ability assemble and erect scaffolding, and to climb ladders.
* Be able to follow specific instructions.
* Have practical ability and manual skills.
* Full Clean UK driving licence.
* Significant proven experience.
Personal Attributes
* Highly conscientious, reliable and punctual.
* Strong time management, organisation and planning skills.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use their initiative.
* Highly flexible and adaptable - ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and be on call.
* Can work under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Highly professional and presentable.
* Able to work well in a team and unsupervised.
* Extremely confidential and discreet.
* Can follow instructions in a cooperative and accurate manner.
* Careful, accurate, logical and methodical approach to work.
* Able to follow drawings and plans accurately.
* Strong practical ability with well-developed problem-solving skills.
