In-house opportunity - Norwich. Do you have knowledge and understanding of contractual arrangements and experience of contract law and drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts?
The position will require you to lead on drafting and negotiating high quality contractual arrangements for including, collaboration agreements, commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements and material transfer agreements.
