Job Description:
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team in Biggleswade. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property sales transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships. Duties:
* Conducting and arranging property viewings with potential buyers
* Generating and Negotiating offers
* Liaise with customers
* General admin
* Market available properties through various channels to attract potential clients
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
Hours:
* Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch).
* One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch).
* Minimum of One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu.
Experience:
* At least 2 years experience in selling residential property or a proven track record in a similar industry
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
* Commercial knowledge of estate agency and processes.
* Experience of working in a team orientated environment.
Benefits
* Uncapped team based commission
* Subject to yours and the team’s performance we envisage a gross pay for the year to be circa £30,000 plus by way of basic salary, commission, incentive pay and bonus.
* 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) plus 1 additional day per year served up to a maximum of 5 additional days
