Job Description:
9 - 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Are you excited by the opportunity to handle customer calls and queries?
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our board games business in Bordon, Hampshire. The individual will work in a varied role being the first port of call for customer queries and support, maintaining accurate customer information and support the sales team to achieve their sales targets
What does this role involve?
* Providing professional customer service via inbound calls and the customer service inbox
* Logging call backs for Account Handlers
* Answering queries about company products and services
* Guiding customers through processes (Including New Accounts, Problem Logs and Spare Parts)
* Accurately processing orders on the sales system over the phone and via email
* liaising with the relevant departments to diffuse, investigate and resolve customer issues/complaints
* Ensuring customer data is up to date and accurate (Including Account checks and challenges)
* Assisting the sales team with chase lists (For example, company updates and order cancellations)
* Creating and maintaining accurate process FAQs for the website
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with customers. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to multi-task as well as be proactive with a flexible approach to changing demands and priorities.
Ideally you will also be a team player with a positive outlook and have previous experience in a customer service environment.
