Position: Internal Sales Representative
Salary:£25k-30k
Location: Hinckley

Are you a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a crucial role in our success!

Key responsibilities
* Achieve personal and department targets as a Internal sales representive.
* Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
* Assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies.
* Provide a 3 monthly sales forecast.
* Maintain and update customer relations management system.
* Develop new and existing targeted accounts as a Internal sales representative.
* Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers.
* Provide quotations from customer enquiries as a internal sales representative.
* Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders as a Internal sales representative.
Requirements of the role
* Experience in customer relations.
* Able to communicate at all levels.
* Computer Literate with good IT skills.
* Actively demonstrate the ’Values and Behaviours’ of the business.
