Administrator
OA is recruiting an Administrator to join our client’s highly successful and expanding team.
Our client is a leading specialist in the design, development, and manufacture of high-quality uniforms for ceremonial, parade, and formal wear.
You must consistently deliver excellent customer service, communicate clearly and effectively, and feel comfortable working with prestigious corporate clients.
Location: Tottenham
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4:35pm
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Administrator Data Entry Clerk - Benefits:

Administrator Data Entry Clerk - Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
* Exhibits polite and professional communication via emails, mail, and phone calls
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
* Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
* Perform related tasks like maintain and order office supplies
* Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within software program (Sage Line 50)
* Manage and organize records and files
* Prepare relevant reports as needed
* Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis
* Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
* Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
* Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
* Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
* Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
* Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
* Maintain health and safety standards at all time and report problems.
 Administrator Data Entry Clerk - Skills and Experience
* Good command of English both oral and written
* Exceptional customer services skills
* High school diploma or general education degree is preferred
* 1-2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
* Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
* Working knowledge of general office equipment
