Job Description:
OA are currently working with a successful organisation that manufacture specialised materials used to produce industrial and consumer products and are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Logistics Administrator to support in the planning and scheduling of logistics activities as well as managing and handling shipments.
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)
· £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
· 25 days holiday pro-rata
· Flexibility
· On-site parking
Logistics Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
· Planning and scheduling Logistics activities to ensure on time delivery of client requirements.
· Invoicing of goods dispatched.
· Cost control of shipping.
· Tracking of goods ordered against delivery onsite to ensure accurate records.
· Sage management / maintenance.
· General office requirements e.g. scanning documents.
Logistics Administrator – Skills & Experience:
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
· Have excellent accuracy and good attention to detail
· Sage experience is an advantage
· Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Work towards deadlines effectively and accurately
