Job Description
As Programme Manager you will monitor progress and deliver regular reports to the Senior Management Team. You will need prior experience of programme/project budget management and tracking.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00
This role could be based from one of our Midlands sites with travel between sites are needed. (Rugby, Lutterworth, Corby, Banbury or Milton Keynes.)
Key Duties of Programme Manager:
* Oversee the successful delivery of large and complex IT, business, and stakeholder sensitive programmes.
* Oversee resource allocation, highlight challenges and identify solutions.
* Reshape, reconfigure and realign solutions to meet challenging deadlines, without jeopardising the successful delivery of the programme.
* Demonstrable experience in a Senior/Lead capacity, providing mentoring and expertise to Project Managers.
* Define and embed project management methodology and practices.
Qualifications
* Clarizen / Planview PPM tool experience.
* Previous experience in managing multi-discipline teams
* Have excellent communication skills with Director-level stakeholder management
* Experience of programme/project budget management and tracking
* A proven track record overseeing the successful delivery of large and complex IT, business, and stakeholder sensitive programmes.
* Quick to learn and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Demonstrable experience in a Senior/Lead capacity, providing mentoring and expertise to Project Managers.
* Experience of using Microsoft Office suite of applications.
