Role: Estimator

Attega is partnering excusively with a large commercial drainage company on their search for an Estimator to join their team in the Leigh office.
The main purpose of this role is to support the process of managing and preparing quotes across all drainage disciplines, in addition to supporting the general objectives of a busy regional drainage business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce standard day to day quotes for minor repair and remedial works.
* Producing accurate, competitive & cost-effective estimates that include labour, materials & equipment required for projects.
* Produce remedial costings following review of CCTV surveys.
* Liaising with outside suppliers & subcontractors on technical data & prices.
* Assessment of specifications & working out relevant information & determine project scope.
* Monitor changes to project scope & adjust estimates accordingly.
* Work with suppliers to gain cost effective materials, plant and equipment required for proposals.
