Day to day of the role: * Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) both inside and outside the classroom.
* Appreciate and contribute to the benefits of a bespoke curriculum for vulnerable students.
* Manage pupils effectively in various contexts.
* Participate in professional development opportunities, including coaching qualifications and outdoor skills development.
