A motivated and competent Senior Lettings Negotiator Required to join a well-established independent Estate Agent in South Bucks.
With their reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a similar focus to join them and make the Lettings department even more successful.
As expected of such a role, the successful candidate will be expected to win new instructions, maintain current client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of the sales department and the office as a whole.
Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience in Residential Property Lettings, negotiation and customer services skills as well as a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
