Telesales Executive
Location: Leeds
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 OTE

The Opportunity

If you have a passion for just speaking to people and informing them of the fantastic range of products you have at your disposal, then this role has it all – the “sales” are all inbound – that’s right the leads are provided to you from real people, who actually have an interest in the products you offer, you simple just have to speak to them.
The Role
Telesales is at the heart of this role, booking appointments, speaking to customers and ensuring they are provided with the right information is certainly a priority. You will be contacting customers to follow-up their correspondence or feedback and preparing estimations. Further to the above you will:
* Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold and keep up to date on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops
* Attend sales meetings to discuss pipeline and current opportunities
* Assist sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
* Follow up any enquiries that come in via the website
* Follow up every appointment with a customer feedback call
* Update the CRM system with current opportunities and outcomes of appointments

We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual to join a dynamic and energetic team, experience in sales isn’t essential but would certainly help. As long as you have a can-do attitude and strong interest in building a career then this role is one you should explore. The core skills we want to see are:
