Supply Chain Analyst- Manchester (M29) £27k Permanent

Axon Moore are excited to announce an opportunity to join our clients dynamic and established team as Supply Chain Analyst.

The role will be responsible for Purchasing and Shipping of Components, along with the reconciliation of on and off-site stocks under the responsibility of the Materials Manager

Role and responsibilities:

Purchasing:
* Oversee purchasing of components, subcontract Plating/Machining,
* Book in or oversee the booking in of Stock, UK, USA
* Rescheduling of orders with Suppliers (including MSS India and Poland) and Subcontractors, to maintain required stock levels.
* Work with the warehouse to Schedule deliveries.
* Process Debits and Returns to Suppliers,

 Stock Control:
* Participate to Stock Reporting and analysis (Overstock/Old Stock/DOH/Quarantine)
* Min/Max Update (Must be led by Contract/SLA/Customer Contact).
* Chase & Process Consignment stock.
* Highlight on aged Consignment stock
* Month end system close routine,
* Reconcile Consignment stock Customers UK/IE/EU/US
* Reconcile offsite warehousing UK/IE/US/France
* Move stock between warehouses

 Shipping:
* Work with Suppliers and Shipping Agents to move Component stock to our warehouses at the best price,
* Update import sheet with shipping documentation and latest delivery information (Material & Components)

 Year End:
* Physical Stocktake, UK/IE/France + Consignment stock Customers
* Work with Audit team as needed.
* Stock Write down

 Salary: £27K

Work Schedule:  36.5 hours per week, 8.30 until 5 Monday to Thursday then 8.30 to 4 on Fridays. Lunch is an hour.
