Competitive salary of £40,000 - £43,000 depending on experience, free parking, on-site canteen, 25 holidays + 8 bank holidays per year, health care plan and the opportunity to join the business’ during an exciting period of growth.

As Senior Rental & Sales Coordinator you will:
Oversee the smooth running of the Bridge of Don Sales & Rental team, ensuring the co-ordination and administration of effective delivery of hire and sales quotes to agreed delivery timescale, ensuring high standard of customer service are maintained.

Day to day you will:
* Effectively manage Sales & Rental team ensuring a quality service is being provided to all clients in a timeous manner
* Liaise with management on a regular basis providing updates and highlighting any issues that may impact upon service or performance
* Ensure sufficient cover is provided at all times in order to meet customer service standards
* Responding to emails and calls relating to potential orders
* Preparation and submission of quotes
* Tracking quotations, follow ups and feeding back to management
* Responding to technical queries from clients and prospective clients
* Update of information in rental and certification databases
* Tracking and administration of deliveries and other logistical requirements
* Recording and arranging trucks and trailer maintenance/servicing
* Invoicing
* Liaising between departments
* Overseeing operations and Inbound / Outbound Logistics
* Scheduling import and export shipments (by air, sea or land)
* Produce management reports
The successful candidate will need:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience working in logistics would be advantageous
* A thorough understanding of the sale and hire/lease processes
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy of work
* Time management skills
* Ability to identify and resolve problems satisfactorily
