Job Description:
A wonderful opportunity has arisen with a manufacturing company based in Thirsk, on a 6-9 month basis.
Are you and Accountancy/Finance/Business graduate looking to gain valuable accounts experience?
You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will offer support and assist the Finance Officer. In this position, you will be numerically focussed and be trained fully in order to be successful in the role. This is a great chance to get a step on the career ladder in the accountancy and finance industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Input of supplier invoices, expense claims and requests for payment
* Complete Company credit card administration and reconcile all bank statements
* Manage petty cash transactions
* Keep accurate HR administration and help maintain staff records
* Adhoc office administration and any other duties as reasonably expected from time to time
Working hours are from 7.30am - 5.30pm with 30 minutes lunch, Monday to Thursday (38 working hours).
