JOB TITLE – ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY (ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE)
LOCATION – PUTNEY
SALARY – £35-45K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
HOURS – HYBRID (3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE, 2 AT HOME)
An expanding accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Company Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic and expanding team of skilled professionals, working for clients of all sizes and across all sectors.

The Role:
As part of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of company secretarial and administrative tasks for numerous clients across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on property management companies.
Essential Criteria:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in role that includes regular company secretarial work (including company formations, share transfers, director changes, confirmation statements, and preparing board minutes)
* Knowledge of Company Law and Governance
* Effective communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team of people
* Must be fluent in both spoken and written English
Desirable criteria
* Full or part qualification with a relevant body
* Experience of using Company Secretarial Software such as Digita or Diligent
* Experience of working with property management companies
