Minimum Requirements
* Relevant childcare experience
* Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
* Outstanding classroom practitioner
* Energy, passion, and drive to raise standards
* Initiative, vision, encouragement, and organisational skills
* Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
* Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
