Job Description:
Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Office-based (with flexible start & finish times)
Salary: £30,000 basic per annum plus performance-related bonus

Role Overview:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing their UK business. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and supporting the field sales team. You will also manage existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking & SEO.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the field sales team.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to develop strategies for business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably targeting dealers and retail sectors.
- Strong lead generation and cold calling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility around start and finish times.
