As the Operations Manager, you will be the main point of contact and the face the business, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will be cantered around managing the operations and guest areas.
What You Will Be Doing…
Directly managing the day-to-day operations of the site.
Ensuring safety is a top priority for all team members.
Maintaining brand standards at the site.
Ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are rigorously followed and understood through regular training and comprehensive inductions.
Handling administrative tasks, including rotas, compliance with Health and Safety, stock control, recruitment, and training.
Overseeing operations including training, service, standards, stock, and financial controls.
Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve and exceed profitability targets.
