Hybrid working pattern
Day-to-day of the role:
* Engage in full 360 recruitment processes
* Manage and grow your desk as your own business
* Deliver on our brand values across local and national marketplaces - with honest and open partnerships
* Business development through B2B sales calls and marketing campaigns
* Showcase entrepreneurial skills
* Resource candidates using a range of tools, methods and databases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Exceptional communication skills – both written & verbal
* Resilient with a strong drive to succeed
* Great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
* Target driven - Financially motivated
* Team player with a good sense of humour
