Paediatric Lead Nurse Job Role:
You will lead the provision of exemplary planned care for patients aged from birth to 18 years. You will be lead specialist in all clinical areas providing specialist education and audit.
Duties And Responsibilities:

• Develop practice in the assessment of health and well being needs
• To ensure the teams delivery of effective care by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership.
• Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security and safeguards the welfare of children.
• Undertake Human Resource activities for all members of the team
• Plan, monitor and quality assure the application of technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment
• Develop strategies and policies for service improvement.
• Support and lead the team
Who We Are Looking For?
• You will be a Registered sick Children’s Nurse
• NMC registered (No restrictions on practice)
• EPLS/PALS ( essential)
• Child Protection level 3
• Experience working in a lead role within an NHS or Private Hospital
• Experience Working as a practitioner in and across multi disciplinary teams.
