Job Description:
A fantastic position has arisen for a Accounts Manager within this fast growing pharmaceutical company. Full training agreement offered to fulfil the ACA qualification.
Their finance department are looking for an ambitious person to help with their financial transactions
Ensuring all financial transactions are reflected in company accounts through regular bank reconciliations.
Monthly accounts and all supporting analyses.
Monthly KPIs to support decision-making processes, invoices and resolving queries promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
Overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable payments and minimise outstanding debts.
Managing the fixed asset register, calculating, and recording depreciation journals accurately.
Assisting budget holders in monitoring and tracking the performance of budgets and identifying and implementation of improvements in reporting Packages.
Financial controls throughout the departments with preparation of statutory accounts with the Finance Manager, CFO and external advisor support.
Managing and organising project documentation within company systems for easy access and reference.
Monitoring information with ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity.
Helping with bank statements, credit cards utilising Xero software. Filing, data entry and preparing basic financial reports.
The end of the month is a busy period so needs someone organised and able to cope with pressure so a calm approach.
Arranging meetings, managing correspondence and being a self-starter. Ensuring that all policies are compliant and regular checks with the guidance of data protection laws the finance manager.
Microsoft Office Package, knowledge of basics in MS Excel is a must.
