Job Purpose *Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management
*Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their go-to contact to handle any queries
*Coordinate junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities
*Review audit work, financial statements and supporting documentations to ensure the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
*Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
*Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio
*Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents
*Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
*Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function

Job Requirements *ACA / ACCA/ or equivalent qualified
*Significant experience managing a portfolio in UK practice
*Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
*Strong working knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware
*Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
*Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
*A team player who is eager to support the wider team
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
