Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Lighting

Area to be covered: Scotland
Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 Neg. + up to 50% bonus

Benefits: £600 Car Allowance, Share Scheme, Private Healthcare, 5% Pension etc.
The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Lighting will involve:
*Field sales position selling a manufactured range of lighting
*Specification sales role
*50% of your time managing relationships with D&B contractors and M&E contractors
*40% M&E consultants and remainder end users and some architects
*2024 target circa £250,000+ (will be on a pro-rata basis)
*Average order value £14,000 (range from £500 up to £300,000+)
*Live region with small project bank
*Predominantly a new business role
*60% education focussed, remainder office blocks and industrial
*Working closely with a Regional Sales Manager on patch
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Lighting with:
*Proven track record in specification field sales
*Ideally sold lighting
*Open to most electrical specification sales backgrounds (may consider wiring accessories or EV charging)
*Contacts within D&B contractors, M&E contractors and M&E consultants would be beneficial
*Ambitious
*Energetic and strong work ethic
*Strong technical background
*Experience of software packages such as Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and Relux or Dialux may be advantageous
*Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
