What you will be doing...
As our Chief Dirt Eliminator, you will inspire and develop your team to deliver the highest of standards. This means:
* Leading a team to deliver high accommodation standards through cleaning and maintenance
* Monitoring accommodation quality to ensure that the customer experience exceeds expectations, and all operating standards are achieved
* Controlling stock such as linen, cleaning products and equipment to ensure budgets are adhered to
* Maintaining a recruitment plan to ensure that all key roles are filled and proactively supporting in the training and development of all team members
* Ensure that all new team members receive a high-quality induction.
