Job Description:
My Client is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist, To join their L&D team reporting into the Strategic Projects Lead, People Culture.

L&D Specialist
Cambridge shire area
Main Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training to colleagues across the business on a variety of topics including induction, technical, soft skills, and e-learning as required.
* Work collaboratively across the business to update/maintain training materials to keep them in line with organisational requirements.
* As needed consult with external suppliers to ensure high quality Learning & Development experiences.
* To implement the Learning and Development strategy, including Development Needs Analysis, Personal Development Planning and, talent and succession planning.
* Update and maintain the administration within Learning & Development, including the learning management system.
Candidate Profile:
* Level 3 L&D qualification completed (CIPD advantageous)
* Minimum 3 years design and delivery experience
* Able to establish close working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* Able to adapt communication style across all levels of stakeholder.
* Able to deliver on full development cycle and to guide less experienced colleagues.
* Cheerful outlook and ’can-do’ mindset
* Genuinely enthusiastic about developing people.
* Future focused, professional, and engaging.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice.

* Managing Learning and development - Intermediate
* Talent management – Foundation
* Managing Employee Engagement and Experience - Foundation
